The Diploma in English Law & Legal Skills („DELLS”) is taught at St. Kliment Ohridski University of Sofia by the British Law Centre („BLC”), an educational charity based at the University of Cambridge. It teaches substantive law (inc. English constitutional law, contract law, tort law and trusts) and a range of practical legal skills (inc. oral advocacy, legal writing, negotiations, contract drafting). Online lectures are supplemented by face-to-face classes. The BLC has a well-deserved reputation for teaching excellence.
